This blog is about "hood heroes".
It was inspired by this comment left on a message board in a discussion about interracial dating:
This is why I can sorta appreciate the thugs and hood n iggas, cuz they don't try to conform to white society's standards. If they do get with a non-Black woman, they're usually trying to get easy sex, or come-up financially. The educated "nice" dudes and "nerds" always scapegoat the hood dudes, cuz they secretly admire their swag and their refusal to conform. It's the buppie, "educated" stiff-walking negroes you have to watch out for. Leave the hood heroes alone. LOL.
There you have it. This blog is for celebrating the accomplishments of "thugs", "hood niggas" and various other "hood heroes".
