ST. LOUIS • A St. Louis teen who authorities say is a member of a gang called the "Obama Boyz" has been charged with two shootings on Saturday. 

Anthony Jamal Lee, 18, fired at a group of people from the window of a Grand Prix at 2:17 p.m., according to charges. A 13-year-old boy was struck in the side of his body and had to be hospitalized; a 17-year-old boy was grazed by bullets on his face and arm. 

Lee, according to authorities, then fired from his car at two passengers in another Grand Prix, grazing one of them in the back.

Authorities arrested Lineten Belizaire over the weekend. He is accused of killing 25-year-old Natasha Plummer, her 6-month-old son Carlton Stringer, Jr. and their roommate Octavia Barnett, 21.

Cops are continuing to search for a second suspect, who is seen at the tail end of the 1:51 clip flooring the confused woman with a vicious roundhouse left.

17-Month Old Baby Loses Eye In Random Shooting

Damark King, 19, has been charged with the first-degree assault, reckless endangerment and weapons possession. He is being held without bond after smirking at Samyah’s family throughout his arraignment.
“Eye for an eye!” they shouted to the ex-convict who is on parole for a robbery he committed in 2007. “How you smirking, you just shot a 17 month-old baby!” Other family members screamed that King should receive the death penalty.

Police have a man in custody after he allegedly fired shots into the air at the West Indian Day Parade before fleeing the scene in a cab.

Man opens fire at Brooklyn parade, toll rises to 46 shot since Saturday morning.

Gunfire erupted today near the massive West Indian Day Parade in Brooklyn -- not far from where Mayor Bloomberg was marching -- as the entire city reeled from a epidemic of shootings over the past two days.
By noon today, a total of 46 people had been shot in the city since Saturday morning, authorities said.

Antwon Carter, 24, of the 16800 block of South Broadway in Lockport was charged with one count of first degree murder, one count of murder (forcible felony) and one count of attempted armed robbery, according to police News Affairs. He was also charged with aggravated vehicular carjacking in another incident that occurred about a week before Bailey's death.
